Shipping Policy
J1venvylix ships from a single facility in north Austin, Texas. We do not use third-party 3PL warehouses; every order is picked, packed and shipped by our own team. This page describes shipping rates, transit times, restrictions and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington DC. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses; international expansion is on our roadmap for later this year.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard ground shipping — flat $9.95 per order
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (post-discount, pre-tax)
- Two-day delivery available at checkout for $19.95 flat (most states; not available to Hawaii or Alaska)
- Overnight delivery available for $39.95 (continental U.S. only; orders must be placed before 2 PM Central to ship that day)
3. Order Cut-Off & Fulfillment
same-day from Austin, Texas if placed before 4 PM Central. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays or Sundays.
4. Transit Times
- Standard ground — 3 to 5 business days within the continental U.S. once shipped
- Two-day — 2 business days from ship date
- Overnight — next business day from ship date
- Hawaii & Alaska — typically 5 to 7 business days via USPS Priority
Transit times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed by J1venvylix.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking email within minutes of your package being scanned by the carrier. Click the tracking link in that email or visit the Track Order page on this site to see live status.
6. Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination zip and the service level you select. The tracking email will tell you which carrier and service is delivering your package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. Address corrections requested before pickup are handled at no charge — reply to your order confirmation immediately. Once picked up, we cannot redirect; if the package returns to us undeliverable, we reship to the corrected address at no charge.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every shipment is insured. If a package shows “delivered” but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your carrier’s lobby pickup. After 48 hours, email us — we file a claim and ship a free replacement immediately.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the carton if possible (helps with the carrier claim, but we will replace the order regardless). Email us within 7 days and we overnight a replacement.
9. Refused Packages
If you refuse a package at delivery, the carrier returns it to us. Once received, we refund the product cost (minus the original outbound shipping). If you refused due to damage, contact us — we’ll refund shipping as well.
10. Holiday & Peak-Season Adjustments
During major U.S. holidays, carrier transit times can extend by 1–2 business days. We adjust same-day fulfillment cut-offs accordingly and post notices on this page during the affected windows.
11. Sales Tax
Sales tax is added at checkout for orders shipping to states where J1venvylix is registered. We list applicable tax on the cart and order confirmation.
